Digital Marketing Analyst

Origo Shoes, a sustainably made, fashionable barefoot shoe brand, is looking for a digital marketing analyst to join our growing team in Austin, Tx. Position can be held locally or remotely. The main responsibilities of this role are: • Lead our affiliate program: the candidate will have to search for affiliates, reach out to them and coordinate the promotions and marketing material the affiliates will produce, as well as the general administration of the affiliate program (payments, affiliate code generation, etc.) • Lead our email marketing campaigns: the candidate will work with existing customers database and create email marketing strategies to both increase our database and to drive more sales from dbase and from leads that have not yet converted into sales • Lead our blogs: candidate will have to constantly read and learn about barefoot shoes, sustainable shoes and about our customer´s behavior & interests to define content for our blog. Candidate will have to oversee copywriters to ensure blog content is written correctly • Check monthly digital marketing metrics: candidate will be in close contact with marketing agency to check monthly KPIs of our ad efforts in Facebook, Google, Instagram and recommend next steps to senior management • Launch new sales channels: candidate will help us leading our advertising effort into Tik Tok and Pinterest, as well as the set up of our Amazon store Qualifications: • Previous experience in working with B2C ecommerce brands • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Good communication skills • Self starter, go getter, professional attitude towards work Knowledge in the following tools: • Microsoft Excel, Word • Shopify suite • Klavyo email tool • Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok
