Digital Marketing and eCommerce Marketing Manager

Confidential WEST PALM BEACH, Florida

• Define and manage digital marketing strategy based on knowledge of HVAC market characteristics and products; • Oversee implementation of all relevant digital channels such as emails, social media, paid search/marketing, organic/SEO, video, website content, mobile applications among others; • Evaluate and meet the financial aspects of eCommerce business, including establishing budgets and expenditures, performing return-on-investment and profit and loss projections; • Identify and evaluate new digital tools and instruments and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate; • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); • Define strategies, create manage, and optimize product offering for maximum outcome on eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, etc. ; • Develop reporting summaries, search term analytics and competitive benchmarking, and make recommendations to drive business key performance indicators; • Work with the internal forecasting to plan and ensure products in enough stock positions during high and low seasonality; • Monitor, analyze, and report competitive product offerings and pricing; • Coordinate online channels brand consistency through common look & experience with European office located in Kiev, Ukraine; • Oversee process of implementation of US eCommerce mode in European offices of the company distributing equipment. • Minimum 2 years of experience with management of local and remote teams. • 3PL process understanding, ability to work and control shipping process independently. • Familiarity with integration of online merchant and payment systems.
