We’re looking for a curious, data-driven Digital Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team and help drive results for a diverse group of nonprofit and mission-driven clients. What you’ll do • Develop and implement customized digital marketing and fundraising strategies for Dot Org and our clients that are creative, high quality, on time and on budget. What we’re looking for • Solid understanding of SEO principles, content optimization and current search trends (including LLM/AI-driven search behaviors) • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console • Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot to publish and optimize web content • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations • Attention to detail: You notice the small things and take pride in delivering quality work.
