This role collaborates closely with product management, product development, and sales teams, while also supporting distributor and representative marketing efforts through digital tools, campaigns, and materials. Collaborate with product teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to inform business decisions Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle management initiatives Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or design enhancements Ensure brand consistency and compliance with industry regulations and internal standards Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Industrial Design, or related field 2–5 years of experience in marketing, product management, user experience, or a related role Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Physical Requirements and Work Environment on an occasional basis Mobility to move and communicate effectively throughout all areas of the facility Ability to walk through a manufacturing environment with exposure to wood dust, lacquer, metal dust, and related materials Ability to work in environments with seasonal temperature variations, including hot and cold conditions
