Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to elevate our digital brand presence and drive online engagement for our North American market. Own the strategy, content calendar, and daily execution for all North American social media channels (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn).Draft, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging posts that align with corporate branding and product launches.Monitor industry trends, engage with the online community, and implement growth strategies to expand reach and follower engagement.Email Marketing & Automation (25-30%): Track, analyze, and report monthly KPIs for social media, email campaigns, and website traffic using Google Analytics and platform native insights.Translate data into actionable insights to continuously optimize digital marketing performance and ROI. Experience: 1–3 years of dedicated experience managing professional social media channels, email marketing, or digital campaigns (Biotech, Life Sciences, or B2B tech environment is a major plus).Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Canva and hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools—specifically HubSpot.Analytical Skills: Strong familiarity with Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track and report on digital performance.Core Strengths: Exceptional copyediting and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for design consistency and brand alignment.Collaboration: Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across global teams.
