A successful Digital Marketing Assistant is a hardworking, ambitious team player who thrives on the challenge of meeting and/or exceeding LMX, advertiser and publisher expectations. They're problem solvers and know what to do next for production support within the full scope of campaigns to ensure success for both the publisher and advertiser. Experience in digital or Affiliate Marketing (experience in Insurance Lead Generation a plus) Experience with Lead Distribution software Strong computer skills, including proficient use of MS Office, Google apps for work, gmail Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings to team members, internal cross-functional teams, and client/vendor Points of Contact Superior organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying size across numerous parties, with minimal supervision in a rapid turnaround, deadline-driven atmosphere Strong problem solving skills and a willingness to think critically about how best to approach, solve and resolve problems in a proactive manner Self-motivated and self-driven.
