Creative & Content Development • Create and edit listing images and marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a plus) • Assist with blog writing, product descriptions, and marketing copy aligned with brand voice • Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters Digital Marketing & Analytics • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities • Optimize listings and website content for SEO • Utilize Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and SEO tools to monitor and improve performance • Understand and contribute to customer journey mapping and marketing funnels Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Associate’s degree in marketing plus equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or e-commerce assistant role • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with excellent time management • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team This is an onsite, salaried position that includes a bonus and shareholder status of a 100% owned ESOP.
