Digital Marketing Assistant

True Ad Solutions is seeking an organized, creative, and dependable Digital Marketing Assistant to work in person at our Vernon, Connecticut office.

This position will work directly with the owner and assist with the daily operations of our digital marketing company. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, learning new skills, and helping wherever needed.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting the owner with day-to-day business and administrative needsCreating social media graphics and marketing materials for clientsAssisting with Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign managementCreating and scheduling email marketing campaignsPosting client content in relevant local Facebook and social media groupsScheduling and publishing social media contentHelping organize client projects, tasks, and deadlinesAssisting with general office and company operationsCommunicating with clients and team members when neededIdeal qualifications:

Experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, or graphic designFamiliarity with Canva or similar graphic design softwareStrong written communication and organizational skillsComfortable using social media platforms, especially FacebookAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksDependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learnExperience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, or marketing software is a plus, but not requiredSchedule:

This is an in-person position at our Vernon, CT office. The position may begin part time with the opportunity to become full time.

Available working hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Part-time schedules must fall within this timeframe.
