Digital Marketing Assistant / Project Manager Trainee

The Role

We’re looking for someone who can jump in to help our Project Managers keep campaigns moving forward. You’ll start as a Digital Marketing Assistant, with the chance to move into full Project Management if you crush it.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Project Managers to make sure campaigns get done on time (and done well).Generating creative ideas to improve efficiency and results.Assisting our videographers, web developers, strategists, and designers.Using AI and marketing tools to help streamline work.Kicking challenges in the butt. :)If you move into the Project Manager role, you’ll:

Take a campaign plan and guide it from start to finish.Brainstorm with teammates, including our partners, writers, videographers, designers, and developers.Track progress, keep documentation updated, and ensure campaigns meet quality standards.Spot opportunities to improve and suggest smart tweaks along the way.

What We’re Looking For

Some experience in digital marketing (small business or enterprise).Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and basic project organization.A working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.Great communication and time management skills.A friendly, practical phone manner.Most importantly: curiosity, creativity, and a team-first attitude.
