Digital Marketing Associate (Paid Ads)

The Digital Marketing Associate (Paid Ads) role is designed for a strong problem-solver seeking to build experience in the fast-paced world of PPC and social ads. Primary Responsibilities • Work with and learn from our experienced PPC Specialists and Account Managers to execute digital marketing campaigns for legal clients • Understanding our clients’ business goals, business model, and area of legal practice • As you develop confidence and mastery, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into account ownership while supported by teammates who want to see you succeed • You’ll support and eventually own the implementation of digital marketing strategies Required Experience & Skills • Proven experience* in digital marketing with an emphasis on PPC. Paid Media Execution • Execute strategy for paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn • Optimize ad copy, targeting, creative assets, and landing pages for improved performance • Support content creation for client websites, blogs, and social channels • Prepare reports for clients detailing campaign performance, updates, and forward-looking strategy as set by the Specialists The Digital Marketing Associate (Paid Ads) will work primarily from our Eden Prairie corporate headquarters in MN.
