The Digital Marketing Associate will contribute across eCommerce, paid media, social media, email marketing, content creation, affiliate partnerships, provider marketing, and website optimization. Support tracking and reporting against revenue and performance goals for Anodyne’s direct to consumer businessAssist with day to day management of the eCommerce website, including merchandising, content updates, SEO, and UX improvementsHelp support website testing and optimization initiatives focused on conversion and customer experienceAssist in improving the customer journey from acquisition through retention Support provider focused landing pages and digital campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and referral partnersAssist with provider email outreach, educational campaigns, and re engagement effortsHelp coordinate development of provider facing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, and presentationsSupport digital lead generation initiatives designed to capture and qualify new provider leads Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, growth marketing, or related rolesFamiliarity with paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital reportingStrong copywriting and communication skillsInterest in content creation, storytelling, and brand marketingExperience working with consumer brands, healthcare, wellness, footwear, or lifestyle products is a plusData driven mindset with strong attention to detail Digital marketing and campaign coordinationConsumer acquisition and retention supportPaid advertising platforms including Google, Bing, and MetaEmail and SMS marketingCopywriting and content coordinationAnalytics and performance reportingOrganization and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environmentStrong collaboration and communication skills
