I'll be direct here: this is not a J-O-B. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to accelerate the growth of a small publishing business - to take on the Goliaths of the industry and win. You will create and manage marketing campaigns delivered through the company's websites, email marketing, video marketing, social media and other sources. You will contribute to the growth and success of the company because you will implement your ideas, think creatively and strategically and measure results which contribute to the vision and mission. You need to be able to think with me and for me when it comes to marketing campaigns.
