This position works under the direction of the Marketing Manager. The primary function of the Digital Marketing Associate is to implement a variety of marketing initiatives for multiple business units. • Curate, schedule & manage social media content on social platforms such as Pinterest, Facebook, Google MyBusiness, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, NextDoor, YouTube, and TikTok • Capture photos and video of in progress/completed projects in the field as needed • Create & manage paid advertisements across social media platforms • Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer comments and inquiries • Manage outreach and communication with other entities on social media to uphold company reputations and generate new avenues of work • Track and provide analytic reports for social ad campaigns, social media performance and key performance indicators using tools such as social media Insight, Google Analytics and Semrush • Perform basic website management such as image updates, content additions, and creation of additional webpages to increase organic SEO performance • Support Business Unit Leaders and Department Heads with graphic design and informational materials requests • Partner with Managers and HR in preparation for conferences, trade shows, seminars, and recruiting events (including attending some events) • Partner with HR to market company culture and recruiting efforts • Attend career specific and/or industry related training and seminars • Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing activities • Coordinate materials for special events and projects • Responsible for specified tasks as delegated by Marketing Manager and CSO Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related education and/or experience, relevant coursework • Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, social media apps, & Adobe Creative Suite • Experience in basic video production and photography • Graphic design experience for web and print environments • Must speak English • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques • Working knowledge of inbound marketing and search engine optimization • Ability to keep current with relevant applications, professional training, and cutting-edge skills of the profession • High level of integrity and dependability with a keen sense of urgency and results-orientation • Effective verbal and written communication skills; including creative writing, routine correspondence, reports, presenting to employees, and interpersonal communication • Must pass post-offer background check consisting of employment history, personal/professional references, and criminal record • Valid Colorado Driver’s License • Leadership, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills (including the handling of multiple priorities and deadlines) • Effective organizational skills • Must be highly adaptable to the kinds of change that comes along with working in an entrepreneurial environment • Self-starting initiative to pursue improvements and projects without substantial supervision • Must be willing to do things outside of the job description.
