About the position Responsibilities • Craft brand-centric digital communications in line with established writing style and design guidelines • Generate and refine social media, email, and other marketing content, aligning with creative briefs and project plans • Source relevant graphics and content through collaboration with staff/stakeholders, agencies, Canva, or stock illustrations • Maintain regular reporting and derive actionable insights from performance metrics, encompassing website analytics, social media engagement, email campaign effectiveness, and more • Execute e-newsletter and email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp • Assist in building and segmenting contact lists for targeted outreach • Manage content posting across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Update content on WordPress websites • Execute Google ad grant campaigns Requirements • 2-6 years demonstrated work experience in a digital marketing capacity, showcasing a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, e.g., Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Liberal Arts, etc. • Proficient at using Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google Analytics, and email and social media marketing platforms • A proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently • Proficient with technology in general and adaptable to learning new software platforms • Previous nonprofit experience preferred, particularly with a nonprofit member association • Familiarity with central Appalachia and an understanding of the region's housing and economic challenges is advantageous Benefits • Competitive salary • Excellent benefits • Hybrid work arrangement • Diverse work environment
