Digital Marketing Associate

One key division, our digital marketing agency, leverages years of Christian consumer purchase data and online tracking to connect clients to engaged faith-based consumers through customized campaigns OVERVIEW: As the Digital Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our VP of Digital Strategy, Digital Analysts, Digital Project Manager, and Digital Sales team members on executing campaigns, and campaign reports. Our team is willing to train the right person. You will work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off. RESPONSIBILITIES: • As the Digital Marketing Associate, you will assist in the day-to-day execution of Social Media, Email, Search and Lead-Generation marketing campaigns, including client communication, production, asset delivery, deployment, and reporting • Assist the Digital Sales team in creating contracts, answering questions, and gathering campaign assets • Work with the Digital Marketing team to confirm campaign details before launching and ensure timely/accurate campaign deployment • Share insights on ad copy, images, and campaign strategy • Set up campaigns per contracted run dates, keywords, audience segments, devices, ads, locations, bidding goals, and required a/b testing • Review campaigns regularly to ensure correct pacing and optimal performance, raising issues & providing recommendations as applicable • Weekly campaign reporting and reporting on an as-needed basis • Analyze and interpret campaign results and share recommendations to Digital Marketing team WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Microsoft Excel proficiency and desire to learn more • Ability to learn quickly • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Interest in online advertising technologies, including social media platforms This role will be based out of The Parable Group’s San Luis Obispo office.
