What You'll Do • Define and drive digital strategy for Veeva's QuickVault marketing organization • Manage all digital initiatives from ideation, requirements scoping, capacity planning, resource allocation, communication, and measurement • Develop a center of excellence for digital, fueled by experimentation of new and emerging tools that will shape "best" and "next" practices for our marketing efforts • Partner with the global marketing team to define, plan, and implement our digital strategy across our external website, and potential event inclusion • Maintain and optimize the QuickVault external website for SEO, site quality, and site performance • Launch, optimize, and measure digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other advertising platforms • Report on the effectiveness of the digital strategy by identifying and tracking key KPIs and showing performance and business impact against business priorities Requirements • 2+ years marketing experience in a B2B Full Stack digital environment • You have successfully managed digital programs and execution across a diverse range of marketing initiatives, preferably with hands-on experience managing budget, strategy, and execution • Experience developing and delivering rapid growth targeting campaigns and nurture campaigns (Adwords, LinkedIn, retargeting, etc.) across a diverse set of buyer personas, including executives • Experience with site personalization strategies, including the targeting of user experiences • You have defined, implemented, and managed SEO best practices for a global website • You are instrumental in providing reporting and insights, using digital analytics • Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on changing business requirements • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment • Must be a self-starter with high standards • Excellent attention to detail and fast learner • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Nice to Have • BSc or BA in Marketing, or similar degree preferred • Strong eye for design and UX best practices • Experience in the creation and editing of digital assets that are optimized for the web • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Hubspot/Marketo/Eloqua) and CRMs (SFDC) Perks & Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance • Flexible PTO and company paid holidays • Retirement programs • 1% charitable giving program Compensation • Base pay: $50,000 - $85,000 • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
