This individual will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, supporting recruiting initiatives, managing social media and content creation, strengthening brand awareness, and executing digital advertising campaigns that generate measurable results. We are looking for a marketing professional who understands how to create content, generate leads, build brand awareness, and turn marketing efforts into revenue and growth. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified homeowner leads Manage paid advertising efforts across Google, Meta, Local Services Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Improve lead quality, appointment volume, and overall marketing ROI Work closely with Sales and Coordinations teams to optimize lead conversion and appointment-setting performance Track campaign performance and continuously improve results through testing and optimization Manage website content and optimization efforts Develop SEO strategies that improve rankings and organic traffic Create blogs, landing pages, and website content designed to increase visibility and conversions Monitor website performance and conversion metrics Marketing campaigns Advertising campaigns Social media accounts Content creation work Websites or landing pages SEO results Lead generation results Recruiting marketing campaigns
