LOCATION: Remote (East Coast Preferred near a CCS office; Chicago, Boston, New York, DC, Miami, or Philadelphia); ability to travel 2-4 times a year for All Staff retreats. DEPARTMENT: Corporate Marketing We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Channel Manager to oversee maintaining, updating, and ensuring visibility and functionality of CCS’s website and digital platforms, including HubSpot and WordPress. • Serve as the primary manager of CCS’s website and digital platforms, overseeing updates, integrations, features, and platform stability • Collaborate with external vendors, web developers, and hosting providers to ensure smooth operation and timely improvements • Partner with the Business Intelligence Team to manage the firm’s HubSpot Marketing instance, including automation, workflows, forms, integrations, and formatting emails and landing pages • Support cross-functional teams across Marketing and Business Intelligence to enable digital initiatives • Publish and maintain digital content as needed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with CCS’s brand and messaging • Implement on-page SEO best practices and support keyword research efforts • Track and report digital metrics across all platforms to inform leadership and guide operational decisions • Monitor email deliverability, CTR, open rates, and unsubscribe trends • Stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices to optimize site performance and digital operations • 5+ years of experience managing websites, digital platforms, and analytics tools • Hands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpot • Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Monday.com, and Canva • Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JSON for basic troubleshooting and platform management • Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools • Strong project management and organizational skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and technically savvy • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
