We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Client Services Manager to oversee a subset of client accounts and ensure that our clients receive world-class digital marketing and superior client service. Requirements: • Must live in the DFW area and be willing to come into the office a minimum of 2 days a week • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Proven experience in client services management (4+ years), preferably in a B2C environment • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Google Analytics • Results-driven with strong analytical skills and experience working with performance data • Strong attention to detail • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication (written, verbal, and demeanor), interpersonal, and leadership skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities • Experience with project/task management tools, such as Wrike • A passion for driving client growth, surpassing expectations, and continual growth in your role • Availability to travel as needed If you are a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for client services and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for the Client Services Manager position.
