Essential Job Duties • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications to design and implement digital strategies that support brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement, • Develop, write, edit, and manage compelling content and graphics for AMIkids’ social media channels, ensuring consistent presence and alignment with organizational goals, • Monitor and analyze social media and website performance; prepare reports and dashboards to communicate results and make recommendations for continuous improvement, • Manage and update AMIkids.org and affiliate Program website pages, ensuring accuracy, usability, SEO best practices, and accessibility compliance, • Lead SEO initiatives to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase online visibility, • Launch and manage geotargeting campaigns, text-to-donate campaigns, and other digital fundraising initiatives, • Manage Google Ads spend and optimize campaigns to maximize impact and ROI, • Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories and create engaging digital content that advances the AMIkids mission, • Manage creation of and content for Classy digital fundraising website pages, • Stay current on emerging digital trends and tools to recommend new opportunities for growth and engagement, • May drive for work related duties, • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field preferred. • Experience in digital marketing, communications, and/or social media management, • Proven success in managing social media platforms, building engagement, and growing audiences, • Experience with website management (WordPress or similar), SEO optimization, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. ), • Experience with paid digital campaigns including Google Ads and geo-targeting campaigns preferred, • Familiarity with email marketing, fundraising platforms (Classy), and digital advertising strategies preferred, • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation tools, • Effective written and verbal communication skills, • Videography and photography skills a plus.
