Digital Marketing Communications Facilitator

Agile & Co. is seeking a Digital Marketing Communications Facilitator to serve as the connective thread between our communications team and internal marketing departments. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as the liaison between the communications team and internal departments (SEO, paid media, web development), ensuring alignment on client priorities and timelines • Partner with the communications team on client strategy development, providing technical insights and recommendations • Facilitate internal handoffs and information flow between teams to prevent gaps and miscommunication Client Support • Participate in client meetings alongside the communications team, providing technical context and answering platform-specific questions • Help prepare materials, reports, and strategic recommendations for client presentations • Support the communications team in translating technical performance data into clear client updates Required • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands-on work in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO • Practical experience navigating website backends (CMS platforms, Google Tag Manager, basic HTML/CSS understanding) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and client-facing conversations • Collaborative mindset with genuine enthusiasm for supporting teammates across departments • Problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Tell us about a time you stepped up to fill a gap on your team and how your technical skills helped solve a problem.
