The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects to strengthen the Windsor Federal Bank brand and strategies, with emphasis on digital channels. Marketing & Communications is responsible for the Bank’s overall marketing strategy, brand management, and communications. The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist will work closely with and report to the Director of Marketing & Communications and collaborate with internal stakeholders (Retail, Compliance, HR, and business lines) and external partners/vendors to manage marketing and communications requests, publishing, and measurement. • Develop and maintain consistent digital and print communications across all channels - social media platforms, website, email, press and industry publications, community, print, and other – in accordance with the Annual Marketing Calendar. • Track and report performance across website, SEO, email/SMS, and social using Google Analytics and platform reporting; recommend optimizations based on insights.
