To support this evolution, we are seeking a Specialist to join the Strategic Growth Team and help translate strategic priorities into action by supporting execution across the team’s core functions—marketing & communications, business growth & client solutions, and practice group management. The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for executing data-driven marketing initiatives that support client engagement, business development, and brand visibility across the firm. Serving as a key contributor within the Strategic Growth Team, this role combines digital marketing, CRM management, content development, and event marketing to help advance the firm's growth objectives. Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, sponsored content, and directory opportunities.Coordinate LinkedIn marketing efforts, including firm, practice, and attorney promotion strategies.Monitor website performance and support SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to improve search visibility, content discoverability, and AI-driven search performance.Support website content updates, landing pages, and digital campaign tracking.Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on website, email, social media, and advertising metrics.Research and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, platforms, and technologies.Assist with online reputation management, rankings, and digital profiles.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, email engagement, social media performance, campaign ROI, and audience growth. 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, client relations, or a related professional services role.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and editing marketing content.Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing technology tools; HubSpot experience is a plus.Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, website content management, email campaigns, and basic SEO principles.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with a strong client service orientation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
