Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

As a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will • Act as liaison between Noble Marketing Department and Aptar Pharma Operational Marketing Department to ensure close collaboration of messaging and strategy and to ensure deadlines and corporate requirements are met • Manage the implementation of marketing email communications along with the Marketing Manager, including but not limited to copywriting, editing, building emails in the CRM system, creating targeted groups, and tracking emails to help inform future strategies. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications/journalism, advertising, or related field from an accredited institution • 4+ years of professional experience developing and executing strategic marketing/advertising campaigns • Proven experience with tradeshows and/or event planning • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter who can effectively juggle multiple complex projects and quickly adapt to changing priorities • Outstanding project management and planning skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to write at an advanced strategic/academic level and understand the key concepts of marketing messaging, creative storytelling, public relations, and technical writing (including how to communicate value in a manner that resonates with business prospects and consumers) • Exceptional proofreading/editing skills and knowledge of AP style • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, and social media • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot • Expert level Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience using AI in content creation, both visual and contextual • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to successfully adapt to an existing culture and outperform in any environment What are the physical demands and work environment? • Visual Demands -Requires ability to read written instructions, correspondence and other documentation as well as operate office equipment such as computers and printers.
