Position Type: Contract/Freelance Duration: 6-12 months (with potential for extension) Location: Remote Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced B2B digital marketing expert to drive lead generation and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing campaigns. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with demonstrable results • LinkedIn Ads Certification (current and active) • Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns with documented ROI metrics • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other paid advertising platforms • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling • Proficiency in CRM integration and lead scoring methodologies Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies across multiple channels • Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads • Design and implement multi-touch lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, and email campaigns to maximize conversion rates • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and optimize the sales funnel • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations • Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend allocation across channels • Stay current with B2B marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices Preferred Experience • Experience in professional services, SaaS, or technology sectors • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content marketing strategies • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive • Experience with webinar platforms and event marketing • Background in demand generation and pipeline marketing Success Metrics • Lead volume and quality improvement • Cost per acquisition (CPA) reduction • Marketing qualified leads (MQL) to sales qualified leads (SQL) conversion rates • Pipeline contribution and revenue attribution • Campaign ROI and overall marketing efficiency
