About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will partner directly with our clients and their dealerships to implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve conducting in-person consultations, providing comprehensive training, analyzing data, and facilitating engaging webinars and videos. The objective is to enhance each dealership's digital performance, offer strategic consulting, deliver insightful analytics reports, and create a seamless online customer experience for vehicle shoppers.

You’re not just passionate about the automotive world; you have proven experience in this arena as a Marketing Manager, eCommerce Director, or Internet Manager. Your background in digital resources within the automotive industry makes you a perfect fit. You possess extensive knowledge of dealership sales strategy, marketing, and operations, allowing you to effectively integrate digital strategies into business plans. You are highly professional, detail-oriented, and organized, and you enjoy forming strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels.

Experience with dealership websitesExpertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Proficiency in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)Knowledge of Social Media and Reputation ManagementFamiliarity with CRM / DMS SystemsExperience with Google AdWords / AnalyticsAutomotive industry experience is essentialThis role requires significant travel to locations within New York and New Jersey, as well as nearby states.

Compensation Information

At Shift, we consider various factors when determining salary, including skills, location, experience, and organizational needs. For this role, the estimated salary range is $95,000 - $105,000, specifically for residents of New York City, Colorado, Nevada, California, and Washington. It’s important to note that starting compensation is typically not at the top of the range.
