The Toledo Museum of Art (TMA) seeks an innovative and data-informed Digital Marketing Content Strategist to lead the strategic planning, development and optimization of engaging content across the Museum’s owned and earned digital channels. This position supervises the Marketing & Communications Design, ensuring that all digital and visual content supports brand identity, accessibility standards, and content performance objectives. The Toledo Museum of Art is committed to a strategic plan that creates a more inclusive experience, where a high-quality collection meets a culture of belonging. • Content Development and Channel Management • Lead content planning, messaging, and editorial strategy across owned digital platforms (social media, website, email, digital signage, multimedia). • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital content creation, editorial strategy, or social media management, preferably in a cultural or nonprofit setting.
