Participate in our tours to capture photos and videos that highlight authentic guest experiences Create and edit engaging short-form content to share across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Write creative captions and posts that reflect our brand voice and Aloha spirit Manage social media channels: posting, scheduling, and responding to DMs and comments Collaborate with tour guides, crew, and guests to produce dynamic and genuine content Communicate with guests on-site to collect testimonials and encourage engagement Help develop creative campaigns that promote tours, ocean experiences, and related merchandise Track and report social media performance and engagement metrics Contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives including blog writing, email marketing, SEO projects, OTA (Online Travel Agency) content management, AI-assisted marketing projects, and other digital marketing efforts as needed. English fluency (written and verbal) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with guests and team members Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tourism and hospitality environment Curious and eager to learn different areas of marketing beyond social media Comfortable exploring and adopting new technologies, including AI-powered tools and platforms Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills Interest in social media content creation (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc.) Bilingual in Japanese and English (strongly preferred) Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Ads Interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other emerging marketing technologies Photography and videography experience (comfortable shooting on location) Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator Experience with social media ads (Meta/Google) Experience creating email campaigns or blog content Pay: $17–$20 per hour (starting; based on experience) Full-time & Part-time opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) 401(k) Employee discounts
