We're looking for an energetic, creative, and highly motivated Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, video production, graphic design, digital marketing, and creating content that drives customer engagement and generates leads.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing & Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and executing digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role will oversee dealership social media channels, create engaging video and graphic content, manage digital campaigns, and help strengthen Terry Town RV's online presence.

This is a fast-paced, creative position where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

Maintain, monitor, and update all dealership social media accounts.
Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form marketing videos.
Design digital advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
Write engaging captions, blogs, advertisements, and promotional copy.
Respond to social media comments, reviews, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Increase audience engagement through creative campaigns, contests, reels, stories, and community interaction.
Track social media performance, analytics, audience growth, and engagement while making recommendations for improvement.
Assist with website updates, landing pages, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns.
Create marketing materials for dealership promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and management teams to promote inventory, events, specials, and dealership initiatives.
Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print marketing.
Stay current on social media trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and content creation.
Occasionally travel throughout Michigan to support dealership events and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications Required

Minimum 1 year of social media marketing experience.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Experience creating engaging digital content.
Video editing experience using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to occasionally travel throughout Michigan.

Preferred

2+ years of graphic design experience.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar design software.
Experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
Drone videography experience (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus).
Experience using AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
