Position OverviewWe are looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Part-Time Digital Marketing Associate to help grow our brand across digital platforms. This role combines content creation, digital advertising, website management, and email marketing to support our eCommerce and wholesale business.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands digital marketing strategy, and is comfortable working with WordPress and modern marketing tools.

Responsibilities:

Content CreationCreate engaging product videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platformsPhotograph and edit product images for marketing campaignsDesign graphics for social media, website promotions, and digital advertisementsDevelop creative content that reflects the company's brand identitySocial Media MarketingPlan, create, and schedule Instagram and Facebook postsCreate and manage paid social media advertising campaignsMonitor engagement and recommend strategies to increase brand awareness and customer growthStay current on social media trends and emerging content formatsEmail MarketingDesign promotional email campaigns and newslettersWrite compelling marketing copy for both consumer and wholesale audiencesSchedule email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or KlaviyoMonitor campaign performance and recommend improvementsDigital Advertising & SEOAssist with Google Ads campaign creation and optimizationPerform keyword research and implement SEO best practicesImprove website visibility through on-page SEO and AI Engine Optimization (AIEO)Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search ConsoleWebsite & eCommerce ManagementMaintain and update the company WordPress/WooCommerce websiteAdd and update products, pricing, banners, and promotional pagesOptimize product images and website performanceAssist with troubleshooting website issues and improving the overall user experienceWork with developers when more advanced technical support is required

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or eCommerce preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailCreative mindset with strong visual design skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Skills & Software

Experience with photography, videography, product marketing, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
