Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join its local council! Girl Scouts - North Carolina Coastal Pines represents 41 counties within North Carolina. The annual salary range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000, commensurate with experience. Schedule and publish content across all platforms, write engaging captions aligned with brand voice, monitor community comments/messages, and track performance trends.Develop graphics, flyers, digital ads, and marketing materials using brand templates; format content for multiple platforms and assist with photography/video coordination.Manage editorial calendars, write and publish blog content, and coordinate story collection across departments to ensure alignment with organizational priorities.Update landing pages and website content for accuracy, monitor user engagement analytics, and support SEO optimization efforts.Assist with launching and monitoring paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube/OTT, while tracking campaign pacing, budget utilization, and cost-per-lead metrics.Run A/B testing on digital ads, email campaigns, and landing pages; analyze cross-channel performance to identify trends and conversion opportunities.Partner closely with the Membership team to track lead generation, monitor recruitment and renewal campaign metrics, and evaluate overall campaign effectiveness.Compile weekly and monthly performance dashboards and reports, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).Organize digital asset and photography libraries, support council-wide event promotions, and assist with strategic projects and administrative marketing tasks as needed.
