Beman Group Real Estate is seeking a creative, tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to manage and support the digital marketing needs of our growing commercial and residential real estate portfolio.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working independently across websites, digital platforms, social media, and content creation. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in both the creative and technical sides of digital marketing and can take ownership of projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, update, and maintain company and property websites
Manage website content and functionality through various platforms.
Create new property websites, landing pages, and digital marketing pages as needed
Maintain accurate and consistent company and property information across our various software, marketing, leasing, and listing platforms
Create and manage engaging social media content for residential communities, commercial properties, and the Beman Group brand
Develop graphics, flyers, property marketing materials, digital advertisements, and promotional content
Create and edit photo and video content for properties, available spaces, events, and company initiatives
Produce short-form video content, including Reels and other social media content
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for residential lease-ups, commercial listings, and new projects
Update online property listings, photography, descriptions, amenities, and marketing information
Maintain brand consistency across websites, social media, signage, print materials, and digital platforms
Identify opportunities to strengthen Beman Group's online presence and improve the way our properties are marketed

Required Qualifications & Experience

Candidates must have demonstrated experience with:

Website creation, editing, and ongoing website management
GoDaddy and/or comparable website-building and hosting platforms
Canva or comparable graphic design software
Social media content creation and management
Creating professional marketing graphics and digital materials
Photo and video content creation and editing
Managing and updating information across multiple digital platforms
Maintaining consistent branding across digital and print materials

Candidates should also have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.

A portfolio or examples of previous website, social media, graphic design, photography, video, or other marketing work will set you apart!

About the Role

This position provides the opportunity to work across both commercial and residential real estate, with direct involvement in property marketing, leasing campaigns, branding, website development, digital strategy, and new projects.

The person in this role will have the opportunity to see their work implemented across real properties and active marketing campaigns while gaining broad exposure to real estate operations, development, leasing, and property management.
