Midwest Institute for Nonsurgical Therapy (MINT) is seeking a creative, hands-on Content & Digital Marketing Manager to help grow our healthcare brand.
This is not a traditional social media manager position. We are looking for someone who can plan, film, edit, publish, and analyze digital content while helping coordinate our broader marketing efforts.
You will work directly with physicians and leadership to turn complex medical topics into clear, engaging content for patients.
What You’ll Do
Plan and manage a consistent social media content calendar
Film physicians, staff, patient testimonials, educational videos, and other practice content
Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and basic production equipment
Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
Add captions, graphics, titles, thumbnails, and other finishing elements
Turn longer recordings into multiple pieces of short-form content
Write social media captions and patient-friendly educational content
Publish and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Monitor performance and identify which topics and formats generate the strongest response
Help coordinate content for new locations and markets as the practice expands
Work with outside SEO, website, advertising, and media partners
Help track patient inquiries, leads, consultations, and other marketing results
Maintain organized photo and video libraries
Coordinate with outside editors or production teams for higher-end projects when needed
Start and coordinate an influencer marketing program
Content Topics
Our content focuses on minimally invasive treatments and patient education, including:
Prostate artery embolization
Uterine fibroid embolization
Peripheral artery disease
Venous disease
Men's and women's health
Minimally invasive alternatives to surgery
You do not need to be a medical expert, but you should be able to learn quickly and turn physician expertise into content patients can easily understand.
What We’re Looking For
Experience creating digital or social media content
Strong video filming and editing skills
Ability to independently produce professional-quality short-form video
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and/or LinkedIn
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software
Strong writing and communication skills
Good visual judgment and storytelling ability
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
Comfortable working directly with physicians and leadership
Able to take a project from idea to filming, editing, publishing, and performance review
Preferred Experience
Healthcare or medical marketing
Physician or patient-education content
Photography
YouTube content creation
CRM or marketing automation platforms
SEO or digital advertising
Multi-location businesses
HIPAA and patient media-consent requirements
Healthcare experience is helpful, but it is not required for a strong content creator who is willing to learn.
What Success Looks Like
We want someone who can take a 1–2 hour physician filming session and turn it into multiple weeks of high-quality content.
Success in this position is not measured only by followers or likes. We want to understand whether our content is creating awareness, generating qualified patient inquiries, and helping grow the practice.
