This role requires daily on-property presence and does not offer remote work arrangements. Under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator (Paid Media) serves as the central hub for executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns while managing the workflow and scheduling of all digital marketing assets. • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of all media content across multiple platforms • Liaise with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of media assets • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve conflicts or issues to meet deadlines • Maintain accurate records of media schedules, changes, and approvals • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations • Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio to inform strategy • Provide status updates to senior management on campaign performance and project timelines • Ensure all campaigns comply with broadcast, digital media, and tribal gaming advertising regulations • Manage relationships with external media vendors, ad networks, and third-party partners • Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate solutions with vendors. • Two (2) years of experience in paid digital media management, media traffic coordination, or a similar role. Nice-to-haves • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana • Experience with casino/gaming industry advertising regulations and compliance requirements • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and integrated digital marketing strategies • Knowledge of creative development processes and ad copywriting • Experience with marketing analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) • Understanding of emerging digital platforms and advertising innovations
