Digital Marketing Coordinator

DiMillo’s Yacht Sales is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence across yacht sales, service, and marina operations. What You’ll Do • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid advertising channels • Includes content capture and editing of high-quality photos and videos, including drone photography and videography • Support lead generation strategies that drive qualified prospects to our sales team • Create engaging content that reflects the yachting lifestyle and the premier brands we represent • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve campaign effectiveness • Maintain website content and assist with SEO initiatives • Collaborate with sales, service, and marina teams to ensure consistent brand messaging • Assist in coordinating digital promotion of boat shows, events, and brand partnerships What We’re Looking For • A creative storyteller with strong attention to detail • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing digital campaigns • Passion for life on the water and interest in the luxury yachting industry • Understanding of branding, content creation, and digital engagement strategies • Strong written and visual communication skills • Experience with photo and video editing • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Willingness and ability to work outdoors on docks and boats in varying weather conditions.
