Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
• Work closely with the Web Content Director and other team members to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase online visibility.

Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on web content management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Proficiency in WordPress and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or EMMA.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content for digital platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in higher education marketing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
