Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview We are a growing personal injury law firm with active markets across South Carolina and we are looking for our first dedicated in-house Digital Marketing Coordinator. This is a ground floor opportunity - you will help build our digital presence across three cities and grow alongside a firm that is scaling fast. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising.Manage Google Local Services Ads for three markets.Build, launch and optimize Google Ad Campaigns for each market.Manage and optimize website content using WordPress and other content management systems to ensure a seamless user experience.Design, build and A/B test landing pages for each market and campaign from scratch.Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and visibility.Create engaging content for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages that align with brand voice and marketing goals.Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other analytics tools; analyze data to inform ongoing optimization efforts.Implement conversion optimization strategies by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user flows to maximize lead generation and sales.Support marketing automation initiatives through platforms like HubSpot or Mailchimp to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.Stay current with industry trends such as SEM, performance marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging digital tools to keep campaigns innovative.RequirementsProven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, SEM strategies and Local Services Ads.Proficiency in content creation including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), HTML/CSS basics, JavaScript, SQL knowledge is a plus for technical optimization tasks.Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and blog management.Knowledge of marketing automation platforms for email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.Strong skills in social media management across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram with a focus on B2B marketing when applicable.Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with target audiences.A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
