Digital Marketing Coordinator

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure our digital assets are visually compelling, well-written, technically sound, and aligned with brand and campaign objectives. HubSpot Asset Creation & Management Support the execution of multi‑channel campaigns by building emails, pages, and automation sequences.Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and user experience.Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure digital assets align with messaging and campaign goals.Maintain a clean, organized HubSpot environment through ongoing governance and data hygiene.Website & Digital Experience Support Track and report on key performance metrics for landing pages, email campaigns, and automation workflows.Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and lead quality.Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the digital customer journey.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Bachelor’s degree preferred2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or related roles.Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (required).Strong understanding of landing page UX, CRM, data health, and email best practices, and conversion optimization principles.Experience building digital assets using drag‑and‑drop editors; basic HTML/CSS a plus.Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools, and performance optimization.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in B2B, healthcare, dental, or manufacturing industries is a plus.Paid media experience (paid search and paid social) also a plus.
