In this role, you'll support the execution of Victaulic's organic social media presence by managing the day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and content production workflow across social platforms. You'll work closely with designers, videographers, subject matter experts, and the Digital Marketing Lead – Campaign Strategy to keep the social content calendar on track, coordinate asset production, and ensure content is published consistently and correctly. This is an opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to own a critical piece of Victaulic's social media operations and grow within our marketing organization.What You'll Build & Own Social Media Project ManagementOwn and maintain the social media content calendar, tracking deadlines, approvals, and publishing dates across all platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, X)Coordinate content requests and timelines with designers, videographers, and subject matter experts to keep production on scheduleTrack content status end to end—from request through review, approval, and publishing—and flag delays or bottlenecksSchedule and publish approved content across platforms using social management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)Content CoordinationGather input and assets from subject matter experts and marketing team members to support content productionPrepare and proof content for publishing in line with brand…
