Whether you've worked as a Digital Strategy Manager, Marketing Account Manager, or Client-Facing Marketing Project Lead, we’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and brings creative solutions to the table. Requirements: • 3+ years of digital marketing, advertising, or campaign experience • Experience managing full-time employees (not just contractors or volunteers) • Skilled at giving feedback, managing underperformance, and handling difficult conversations • Strong project management and organizational skills • Comfortable leading client meetings and presenting reports • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Must be willing to commute to downtown Miami three days a week • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
