Responsibilities • Digital Content Management Update the Undergraduate College website using Drupal, ensuring accessibility, content updates, and consistencyWork with business units on website best practices and providing guidance for adding content • Email Marketing Develop and send email campaigns using internal email toolReview metrics and make recommendations for improvementMonitor and approve email requests from various units • Project Management Create and manage project schedules in Asana, collaborating with departments to track and update project progress • Social Media Management Run Undergraduate College social media channels, primarily Instagram, ensuring engaging and timely contentWork with business units on social media best practices • Design and Copywriting Update or create marketing collateral and assets using Photoshop, InDesign, or CanvaWrite and proofread content for various communication channels, including web, social, and email • Additional duties as assigned Important for applicants who are NOT current university employees or contingent workers : You will be prompted to submit your resume the first time you apply, then you will be provided an option to upload a new Resume for subsequent applications.
