Provide operational support for loyalty program promotions. Assist with retailer training of coupon programs as well as coupon troubleshooting. Collaborate with Category Managers and Ad Groups to determine digital offers and suggest strategies to promote growth of coupon program engagement and results. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Customer support or service experience in a related field Strong mindfulness for daily deliverables and deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
