If you're the type to spot a viral moment before it happens or plan a content calendar while sipping a tequila cocktail at a pop-up event, this job is for you. Social Media & Content Creation • Develop, write, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more • Capture and edit photo/video content for reels, stories, and posts • Develop custom graphics and creative using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut • Engage with followers, manage community interaction, and track performance metrics Who You Are: • A creator, writer, and social media storyteller with a strong visual eye • Comfortable using design tools to bring creative concepts to life across digital platforms • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple brands and calendars at once • Strong communicator who loves collaboration but can work independently • Energized by restaurants, hospitality, design, and community culture • Excited to attend events, support clients in person, and build relationships IRL Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation • Basic design skills required: Must be able to create visually compelling content for social, email, and digital campaigns.
