• Generate and pitch creative ideas that support lead generation, product launches, and brand storytelling. • Contribute to the design and development of digital ads, print collateral, landing pages, and social media content. Collaboration & Project Coordination • Coordinate with team on sales, product, and creative objectives and align marketing efforts with business goals. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, analytics, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting • Proven track record of driving lead generation and campaign performance • Must be able to analyze and generate Salesforce reports • Strong understanding of branding, customer journey mapping, and integrated marketing strategy • Must be proficient in: • Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager • Salesforce or other CRM and marketing automation platforms • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools • Creative platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) • Experience working with creative and media agencies • Build and monitor Salesforce dashboards that analyze data from multiple marketing channels • Ability to develop and pitch creative concept ideas that align with business goals and reporting • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows
