Job Classification: Nonexempt Job Status: Full-Time Pay Range: Starting $52,000 (Commensurate with experience) Reports to: Director of Development and Marketing This position plays a key role in shaping and executing VMC’s marketing strategy to develop donor relationships, strengthen community partnerships, and elevate the organization’s visibility across digital platforms. • Create digital assets and copy for donor communications, events, and giving initiatives. • Support the Director of Development and Marketing with special initiatives and community partnerships including networking to promote brand awareness and cultivation of relationships. • Support cross-channel campaigns that highlight impact, donor engagement, and community partnerships.
