Job Title: Digital Marketing Director Location: Spokane, WA (will consider remote or hybrid employee if you're the perfect fit : ) Company: Propaganda Creative Propaganda Creative is on the hunt for a sharp, strategic, and slightly obsessed Digital Marketing & Strategy Lead to take the reins on all things digital. What You'll Be Owning (aka your day-to-day) • Build and lead smart, high-performing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more • Craft content calendars, schedule posts, write post copy, audit creative, A/B test creative, and keep client campaigns humming along via Monday.com and Meta Business Suite • Write thumb-stopping post copy (ChatGPT can help—we won’t judge) • Launch and optimize paid social + PPC campaigns like a pro • Watch ad performance like a hawk, run A/B tests, and make tweaks that drive better results • Do SEO health checks with SEMRush and implement fixes that actually move the needle • Report results in a way clients actually understand (hello, Looker Studio) • Onboard new clients and set up everything from tracking to reporting • Help run our own internal marketing (yes, we’re our own client too) • Get creative with ideas, wild campaign concepts, and experimental content • Play around with AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, or ChatGPT to level up ideas • Stay on top of trends so we (and our clients) stay ahead of the curve What You Bring to the Table • A professional, client-friendly attitude, without the corporate stiffness • Deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads (including Shopping + Local), and Analytics • You know Google Tag Manager like the back of your hand • Familiar with YouTube Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms • A general curiosity for new platforms (TikTok, Threads, Pinterest—we see you) • Bonus if you can write great copy, understand design, or tinker with Adobe stuff • Super bonus if you’ve got experience using AI tools or building creative prompts • Even more bonus if you're the kind of person who says "Wait, what if we tried this instead?"
