Marketing Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing plans that drive measurable results, managing and overseeing marketing teams, maintaining brand consistency across all channels, conducting market research, collecting and analyzing data, monitoring product performance, collaborating with sales teams, maintaining a centralized repository of brand assets, generating content, managing company websites, and collaborating with senior management to define and execute long-term project goals. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to resonate with the target audience - Maintain brand consistency across all channels, from messaging to visual elements - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand visibility - Collect and analyze data to understand market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior - Monitor product performance in both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar channels - Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop effective programs - Maintain a centralized repository of brand assets for internal and external use - Generate content to be used for internal and external communications - Manage company website to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy, support company initiatives and provide a seamless user experience - Collaborate with senior management to define and execute long-term project goals Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field - Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Marketing Management with responsibility in general marketing, communication or graphic design - Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans that drive measurable results
