Digital Marketing / Director of Growth

You will manage paid customer acquisition across multiple media channels (Facebook Ads, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Taboola/Outbrain) with a focus on optimizing ROAS for B2C campaigns across a variety of consumer goods. In addition, you will oversee conversion rate and landing page optimization efforts and monitor attribution and analytics, with a focus on CPA, AOV, ROAS and LTV. *Deep knowledge of Youtube Ads platform and media buying experience. *Experience working in a dynamic environment (agency preferred) with frequent changes in priorities. *Startup experience a significant plus.
