Digital Marketing Director

The Richard Janes Company is opening up it’s Oklahoma City office (the head office is in Los Angeles) and we are in need of a Director of Digital Marketing to be responsible for leading our digital marketing activities, including online advertising, email marketing, blogging and social media strategy, together with tracking, analytics, reporting, and the oversight of planning and developing our clients websites. You will have to be able to not just plan, but also to execute the digital marketing work we need to get done. It will be a very small team in OKC to begin with but we anticipate this office to grow as we establish our footprint in this region. Ideal Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or substantial similar industry experience • 5+ years' experience building successful digital marketing campaigns with demonstrable experience: identifying and reaching target audiences, leading and managing social media initiatives and SEM, hands on experience with automated email campaigns, directing website development and administration, optimizing landing pages, and user funnels. • Mastery of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement experience with proficiency in digital marketing tools, technologies, and standards, with experience across platforms such as: Google Analytics, Doubleclick, or AdRoll Marketing, automation platforms such as Hubspot and ActiveCampaign (or similar).
