Funnel Strategy & Optimization Leadership • Design and optimize organizational marketing funnels from initial awareness through conversion and long-term engagement • Design and implement sophisticated email management systems, including drip campaigns, behavioral triggers, lead nurturing sequences, and lifecycle marketing • Develop and execute advanced prospecting strategies utilizing multiple touchpoints, lead scoring, and progressive profiling • Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion paths to maximize funnel performance at each stage • Implement comprehensive funnel analytics, A/B testing protocols, and conversion rate optimization strategies • Direct Global Communications team efforts in SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link building to drive organic funnel traffic • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms with a focus on funnel efficiency and cost per acquisition • Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage prospects at various funnel stages • Create advanced segmentation strategies for personalized funnel experiences based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels Digital Platform Management & Website Excellence • Collaborate with the VP of Global Communications to monitor organizational website performance, focusing on optimizing for search, user experience, and conversion funnel efficiency • Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to implement website design, email design, and digital platform experiences that support funnel objectives • Maintain and develop effective use of key platforms (WordPress, Virtuous, etc.) Experience & Education • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising with proven funnel optimization expertise • 5+ years of experience creating and optimizing marketing funnels from concept to execution with measurable results • Experience developing digital strategies while managing implementation on time and on budget • Demonstrated ability to create integrated content across all digital marketing channels • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or related field • Demonstrated experience in funnel architecture, design, and optimization across multiple channels and touchpoints • Demonstrated experience of email marketing platforms, automation workflows, deliverability optimization, and advanced segmentation strategies • Proven expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) with a focus on funnel metrics and optimization • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and funnel analytics tools • Proficiency with A/B testing tools, heat mapping software, and conversion rate optimization platforms Leadership & Collaborative Skills • Experience working in cross-functional creative environments where multiple disciplines contribute to campaign success • Service-oriented team player with a passion for organizational mission and the ability to work effectively in a creative environment • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interface with creative professionals, stakeholders, and leadership • Ability to translate complex digital marketing concepts into actionable creative briefs and strategic direction • Strong copywriting skills with great attention to detail and the ability to optimize messaging for conversion • Experience presenting digital marketing strategies and results to executive leadership • The DMD would be expected to work a 40 hour work week, 24 hours (3 days per week) in office working closely with the Marketing and Communications team and other departments, and 16 hours (2 days per week) working from home
